Most of the village Pastors in Bangladesh get very low pays. The small village or indigenous people's Church struggle to pay their pastor's salary. Culturally Pastors in Bangladesh do not do any other jobs to earn extra money to support their families.  Also, many Pastors are not enough educated or trained to get other desired jobs to bring some extra income for the families. 

Seed Ministries Bangladesh gives free goats for the village pastors who struggle financially to run their families. These hard working pastor-families take care of their goats well and then pass on the firstborn baby goat to another needy and hard working pastor family.
